12The following subsection shall be inserted after subsection (4) of section 155 of the [1975 c. 15.] Social Security (Northern Ireland) Act 1975 (orders and regulations (general provisions))—
“(4A)If the Treasury so direct, regulations under section 123(2) or (3) above shall be made only in conjunction with them.”.
