E1Sch. 2: Amendments and repeals (with specified exceptions) are coextensive with the enactments amended or repealed see s. 7(4)(5)(8)
112(1)In sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 27 of Schedule 6 to that Act (benefits for women widowed before 11th April 1988) for the words “section 104 of the principal Act” there shall be substituted the words “ section 25 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 ”.E+W+S
(2)In sub-paragraph (5) of that paragraph for the words “Subsection (4) of section 104 of the principal Act” there shall be substituted “ Section 28 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 ”.
