Employment and Training Act 1973 E+W+S

10 E+W+S In subsection (3) of section 11 of the M1 Employment and Training Act 1973 (financial provisions) for the words “Part II of the Social Security Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ Parts II to V of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 ”.

11 E+W+S In section 12(2) of that Act (duty of local education authorities to furnish Secretary of State with information in connection with determination of questions relating to contributions or benefit) for the words from “under” to the end of paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the words “ under the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 ”.
