In section 106 of that Act (interpretation)—

a

the definition of “levying authority" shall cease to have effect; and

b

in the definition of “summary warrant", for the word “or" there shall be substituted the words “ , paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992 or ”.
