[F137(1)In subsection (1) of section 109 of that Act (rating authorities), for paragraphs (a) and (b) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—E+W+S
“(a)in the case of the non-domestic rate prescribed under section 7B of the M1Local Government (Scotland) Act 1975, the regional council and the islands council;”.
(2)In subsection (2) of that section, for the words from “falls" onwards there shall be substituted the words “ falls, such information as may reasonably be required for the preparation of demand notes for the purposes of levying the non-domestic rate ”.]
