SCHEDULE 13 E+W+S Minor and Consequential Amendments

National Loans Act 1968 (c. 13) E+W+S

26 E+W+S In Schedule 4 to the National Loans Act 1968 (local loans), in paragraph 1(a), for sub-paragraph (i) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraphs—

“(i) a billing authority or a precepting authority, as defined in section 69 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992;

(ia) a combined police authority or a combined fire authority, as defined in section 144 of the M1 Local Government Finance Act 1988;”.
