SCHEDULE 13 E+W+S Minor and Consequential Amendments

Highways Act 1980 (c. 66) E+W+S

50 E+W+S In Part I of Schedule 6 to the Highways Act 1980 (procedure for making and confirming certain orders relating to footpaths and bridleways), in paragraph 3(3)(a), for sub-paragraph (i) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraphs—

“(i) a billing authority or a precepting authority, as defined in section 69 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992;

(ia) a combined police authority or a combined fire authority, as defined in section 144 of the M1 Local Government Finance Act 1988;”.
