The New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (c. 22) E+W

57 (1) In section 89 of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, for the words “the Water Act 1989” there shall be substituted the words “ the Water Industry Act 1991 ”. E+W

(2) In paragraph 7(3) of Schedule 4 to that Act of 1991, for the words “Water Act 1989” there shall be substituted the words “ Water Industry Act 1991 ”.
