5E+W[F1Part 10 of Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003 (the electronic communications code)] (which provides a procedure for certain cases where works involve the alteration of [F2electronic communications apparatus]) shall apply to the [F3appropriate agency] for the purposes of any works carried out by the [F3appropriate agency] in exercise of any of the powers conferred by any enactment (including [F4section 37 of the 1995 Act ][F5or, as the case may be, article 9 of the Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012 (S.I.2012/1903)]).
