Paragraph 23 of Schedule 2 to the M1Telecommunications Act 1984 (which provides a procedure for certain cases where works involve the alteration of F3electronic communications apparatus ) shall apply to the F1Agency for the purposes of any works carried out by the F1Agency in exercise of any of the powers conferred by any enactment (including F2section 37 of the 1995 Act).
