6Short title, commencement and extent
(1)This Act may be cited as the Atomic Weapons Establishment Act 1991.
(2)This Act shall come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which it is passed.
(3)This Act, except section 4 above, does not extend to Scotland or Northern Ireland.
