66In section 152 of that Act (duties of insurers etc: exceptions) at the end of subsection (2) there shall be added the words “and, for the purposes of this section, “material” means of such a nature as to influence the judgment of a prudent insurer in determining whether he will take the risk and, if so, at what premium and on what conditions.
