40In section 16 of the Coroners Act 1988 (adjournment of inquest in certain cases) in subsection (1)(a)(ii) for the words from “section” to “driving)” there shall be substituted the words “section 1 or 3A of the [1988 c. 52.] Road Traffic Act 1988 (dangerous driving or careless driving when under the influence of drink or drugs)”.
