24In section 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (experimental traffic orders) in subsection (1)(b), as substituted by the [1991 c. 22.] New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, for the words “83(2) or 84” there shall be substituted the words “or 83(2) or by virtue of section 84(1)(a)”.
