11In section 42 of the Highways Act 1980 (power of district councils to maintain certain highways) in subsection (2)(c)(ii) for the words “under section 84 of that Act imposing a special limit” there shall be substituted the words “made by virtue of section 84(1)(a) of that Act imposing a speed limit”.
