SCHEDULE 7 E+W Planning in England and Wales: Minor and Consequential Amendments

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (c. 9) E+W

60 E+WFor section 73(2) of that Act there is substituted—

“(2) In this section references to planning permission do not include references to planning permissions falling within section 73A of the principal Act.”
