49E+WThe saving made by paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the Planning (Consequential Provisions) Act 1990 (transitional provisions and savings) shall cease to have effect in relation to any right to or claim for or any liability in respect of any payment—
(a)under a scheme made under section 59 of the M1Town and Country Planning Act 1947;
(b)under any provision of Part I or V of the M2Town and Country Planning Act 1954.
