24 E+W In section 82 of that Act—

(a) in subsection (1) for “39(6), 42(6) and 55(6)” there is substituted “ and 39(6) ”, and

(b) in subsection (3) for “sections 39(6) and 42(6)” there is substituted “ section 39(6) ”.
