Land Compensation Act 1973 (c. 26) E+W

24 E+W In section 52 of that Act—

(a) in subsection (9) after “the amount of the advance payment” there is inserted “ together with any amount paid under section 52A ”, and

(b) in subsection (10) the words following “unpaid” are omitted.
