Rules for assessment of compensation E+W

1 E+WIn section 5 of the M1 Land Compensation Act 1961 (rules for assessing compensation), in rule (3) (disregard of special suitability of land for any purpose where, in particular, there is no market for that purpose apart from the special needs of a particular purchaser or the requirements of an authority possessing compulsory purchase powers) “the special needs of a particular purchaser or” is omitted.
