4SIn Schedule 9 to the Post Office Act 1969 (transitional provisions) in paragraph 27(7) for “Parts VII and XII of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” there is substituted “ Part XII of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972 ”.
