4 U.K. The repeal in Schedule 2 to the Finance Act 1985, and the repeals mentioned in note 3 above so far as relating to the application of the repealed provisions for the purpose of any provision of the 1971 Act or the 1972 Act other than section 4(1)(g), have effect in relation to licences taken out after 20th March 1991.
