16(1)Section 29 shall be amended as follows.
(2)At the beginning there shall be inserted the words “Scottish Natural Heritage or, as the case may be,”.
(3)The words “in their area” shall be omitted.
(4)After the word “order” there shall be inserted the words “made by it or them”.
