2Article 31 of the [S.I.1980/561 (N.I.4).] Bankruptcy Amendment (Northern Ireland) Order 1980 shall have effect as if amounts payable under confiscation orders made under section 47 of this Act were debts excepted under paragraph (1)(a) of that Article.
