Part I Amendments of 1986 Act

Financial provision

8 In section 85—

(a) the following sub-paragraph shall be inserted after subsection (1)(a)(ii)—

“(iiA) disability working allowance;”; and

(b) in subsection (9) after the words “family credit,” there shall be inserted the words “disability working allowance,”.
