In section 6 (appeals under Article 37, second paragraph and Article 41)—
a
in subsection (1), after the words “referred to" there shall be inserted the words “
in the 1968 Convention and the Lugano Convention
”
; and
b
in subsection (3), after the words “referred to" there shall be inserted the words “
in each of those Conventions
”
