SCHEDULE 2 U.K. Other Amendments of the 1982 Act

16 U.K. In section 41 (determination of domicile of individuals for the purposes of the 1968 Convention etc) in subsection (1), after the words “for the purposes of the 1968 Convention" there shall be inserted the words “ the Lugano Convention ”.
