[F18A The [F2Homes and Communities] Agency.E+W
(1)Where a designation order under [F3section 13 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008] power to make designation orders) makes such provision as is mentioned in [F4section 14(2)] of that Act (Agency as local planning authority), the [F5Homes and Communities] Agency shall be the local planning authority for such area as may be specified in the order in place of any authority who would otherwise be the local planning authority for that area for such purposes and in relation to such kinds of development as may be so specified.
