Establishment of Radio Authority
83The Radio Authority

There shall be an authority to be called the Radio Authority (in this Part referred to as “the Authority”).

The Authority shall consist of—
a
a chairman and a deputy chairman appointed by the Secretary of State; and
b
such number of other members appointed by the Secretary of State, not being less than four nor more than ten, as he may from time to time determine.

Schedule 8 to this Act shall have effect with respect to the Authority.
