Grants to the Advisory Committee

The Lord Chancellor may, with the approval of the Treasury, make to the Advisory Committee out of money provided by Parliament grants of such amounts as he thinks fit.

The payment by the Lord Chancellor of a grant under this paragraph shall be on such terms as he may, with the approval of the Treasury, provide.
