SCHEDULE 1 U.K. The Authority: Supplementary Provisions

Proceedings U.K.

9 (1) [F1 Subject to any provision of this Act, the] Authority may regulate its own proceedings, and make such arrangements as it thinks appropriate for the discharge of its functions. U.K.

(2) The Authority may pay to the members of any committee or sub-committee such fees and allowances as the Secretary of State may, with the consent of the Treasury, determine.
