The Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 (c.50) U.K.

4 U.K. In section 27(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, for the words “proper law of” there shall be substituted the words “law applicable to” and for the words “of the proper law” there shall be substituted the words “of the law applicable to the contract”.
