23In section 63(11) of the 1986 Act (report of Government Actuary on likely effect of annual up-rating order on National Insurance Fund) for the words “giving the latter’s opinion” there shall be substituted the words “or the Deputy Government Actuary, giving that Actuary’s opinion”.
