14In section 9(4) of the 1986 Act, in paragraph (i) (which was inserted by paragraph 16(b) of Schedule 6 to the 1989 Act and which specifies certain provisions in Schedule 1A to the Pensions Act which are to be construed as if “widow” included “widower”) after the word “paragraphs” there shall be inserted “2(2)(e),”.
