3Short title, saving and extent
(1)This Act may be cited as the Entertainments (Increased Penalties) Act 1990.
(2)Nothing in this Act shall have effect in relation to offences committed before the coming into force of this Act.
(3)This Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.
