Administration
28 Provision of facilities for examinations.

A food authority, or a F1council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 in Scotland, may provide facilities for examinations for the purposes of this Act.

In this Act “examination” means a microbiological examination and “examine” shall be construed accordingly.
