SCHEDULE 3 U.K. Minor and Consequential Amendments

The Local Government Act 1985 (c. 51) E+W+S

31 E+W+S In paragraph 15 of Schedule 8 to the Local Government Act 1985 (trading standards and related functions)—

(a) sub-paragraph (2) shall cease to have effect; and

(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (6) there shall be added the words “ or section 5(1) of the Food Safety Act 1990 ”.
