3 Citation, commencement and extent. E+W

(1) This Act may be cited as the Agricultural Holdings (Amendment) Act 1990.

(2) This Act shall come into force at the end of the period of one month beginning with the day on which it is passed.

(3) This Act extends to England and Wales only.
