82U.K.In Schedule 4 to the Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems) Act 1989, in paragraph 1 for the words “Sections 230 to 232 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” and “the 1971 Act” there shall be substituted respectively the words “Sections 271 to 274 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990” and “the 1990 Act”.
