In section 7(1) of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975, for the words “section 29 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “section 70 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.

In section 27(1) of that Act-
a
in the definition of “the appropriate Minister”, for the words “section 224 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “section 265 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”;
b
in paragraph (b) of the definition of “statutory undertakers”, for the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.
