The Town and Country Planning Act 1959 (c. 53) U.K.

6 U.K. For paragraph (c) of section 26(5) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1959 there shall be substituted—

“(c) to section 233 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (which relates to the disposal of land for planning purposes)”.
