The House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (c. 24)
32In Part II of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975, in the first entry relating to “A Planning Inquiry Commission”, for the words “Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.
