92In section 4(2)(a) of the [1986 c. 40.] Education Act 1986 (definition of “the pooling provisions” for the purposes of sections 2 and 3 of that Act) after “that Schedule” there shall be inserted “and section 147 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989”.
