85In section 582 of that Act (restriction on recovery of possession after making of compulsory purchase order), in subsection (1)(b) for the words “section 243(2) (land in housing action area” there shall be substituted “section 93(2) of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (land in renewal area”.
