The Public Works Loans Act 1967

7 In section 2 of the [1967 c. 61.] Public Works Loans Act 1967 (amendments as to local loans and automatic charges under s.2 of Act of 1965), in subsection (2) for the words “Part IX of the Local Government Act 1933” there shall be substituted “section 43 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (borrowing powers)”.
