In section 8 of the [1977 c. 43.] Protection from Eviction Act 1977 (interpretation), in subsection (1) (meaning of “statutorily protected tenancy”) after paragraph (e) there shall be inserted—

a tenancy to which Schedule 10 to the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 applies
