51In section 74 of the [1977 c. 42.] Rent Act 1977 (regulations made by Secretary of State), in subsection (1), in paragraph (b) (procedure of rent officers and rent assessment committees) after “1988” there shall be inserted “or Schedule 10 to the Local Government and Housing Act 1989”.
