49In section 33 of the [1976 c. 80.] Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976 (suspension of condition attached to planning permission), in subsection (2) after the words “let on or subject to” there shall be inserted “an assured agricultural occupancy, within the meaning of Chapter III of Part I of the Housing Act 1988, or”.
