32(1)In section 42(6) of that Act, in the definition of “Housing Revenue Account dwelling”, for the words from “Part XIII of the [1985 c. 68.] Housing Act 1985)” to the end there shall be substituted the words “Part VI of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989)”.
(2)This paragraph has effect for years beginning on or after 1st April 1990 and in this sub-paragraph “year” has the same meaning as in Part XIII of the Housing Act 1985 (general financial provisions).
