103E+W+SIn section 21 of that Act (recovery of possession on expiry or termination of assured shorthold tenancy), in subsection (1)(a) for the words “astatutory periodic tenancy” there shall be substituted “ an assured shorthold periodic tenancy (whether statutory or not) ”.
